Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to a report in a Sunday newspaper that Coras Iompair Eireann has sold the freehold interest in several properties in Spencer Dock in Dublin city centre for a reported €20m, if he will confirm that a sale has taken place; if he will confirm the detail of what has been sold and the sale price; the marketing and pre-sales activity undertaken by CIE to ensure the maximum price was achieved for the properties; and if he will confirm if the National Asset Management Agency was one of the unsuccessful bidders for the properties.
