Deputy Emer Currie asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance the details of the number of businesses who registered and provided returns for the first accounting period for the tax E-liquid products tax (EPT) which were due to be submitted by 31 January 2026 and which covered the period from 1 November until 31 December 2025; to further provide details on the volumes and values of supplies of e-liquid products subject to the EPT in that period, the total tax collected, and any breakdown by geography or size and type of business making the return; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
