Deputy Barry Heneghan asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage further to Parliamentary Question No. 84 of 14 January 2026, whether the level of funding allocated to the tenant-in-situ scheme in 2026 will exceed the funding provided in 2025; whether his Department has assessed the duration for which the 2026 allocation is expected to remain operational based on current demand levels; whether he expects the scheme to remain open to new applications beyond September 2026; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
