Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the action he will take to assist the emerging generation of children with disabilities, and their parents living in apartments, who through negative equity or being tied into affordable housing conditions, cannot adapt their accommodation through housing adaption grants or council assistance and are as a result living in inaccessible, unadaptable accommodation that poses a severe health and safety risk to the whole family.
