8 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce the title, nature and implementation date of each adopted EC directive which has not been translated into Irish law as at 30 June, 1990; and, in respect of each such directive, if he will outline (a) the action, whether by warning letter of otherwise, taken by the EC Commission against Ireland and (b) his intentions as regards implementation by 31 December, 1990.
