80 Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if his attention has been drawn to the condition of a prisoner (details supplied) and the need for the British Government to release them forthwith in line with the royal pardon they had been issued, or the fact that they would also qualify under the terms and conditions of the Good Friday Agreement for the release of prisoners and further that on humanitarian grounds they should not be incarcerated any longer; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
