Deputy Michael Murphy asked the Minister for Transport the number of court disqualification orders he received from the Courts Service in each of the years 2023, 2024 and 2025, of learner drivers disqualified in court; the number of orders that included the learner permit driver number; the number of disqualification orders without a driver number that were successfully manually matched by the RSA to the correct driver record; the number whereby a shell record was created to record the disqualification; and the number of disqualifications that expired before a match could be found.
