Deputy Cormac Devlin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if taking photography in a range of locations near a development site to facilitate the preparation of photomontages for visual impact assessment while preparing a file for planning submission or in response to a request for further information issued by a planning authority under the Planning and Development Acts that is in relation to a planning application which has already been made is an essential service under the restrictions now in place under level 5 of the Plan for Living with COVID-19 (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
