Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 187 of 17 May 2018, if his attention has been drawn to the fact that as of 24 May 2018 the chairman of the incident group was unable to give a date for the release of the report and that it was still being finalised as of that date; and when the report will be released, in view of the fact that it was to have been published in the week beginning 21 May 2018.
