113 Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Finance if, further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 132 and 133 of 22 November 2011, he will consider revoking the ability of a member of the Government living outside of Dublin to claim a tax deduction on an amount of €3,500 per annum for maintenance costs associated with maintaining a second residence in a hotel, examples of which are laundry and so on, as allowed for under Rule 3 of Schedule 2 of the Income Tax Act 1967, now section 114 of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997.
