92 Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Justice and Law Reform when he expects the investigations by Dóchas Centre visiting committee and the Inspector of Prisons into the reported decision of the Irish Prison Service to force the early release of a person (details supplied), are expected to conclude; if the recommendations of these inquiries will be published; and in advance of these reports the steps he will take to ensure that arrangements for care in the community have been planned for all mentally ill prisoners prior to their release.
