73. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 111 of 23 October 2014, in view of the fact that the mother of two Irish born citizen children is to be deported, if such a proposal is in line with international human rights criteria in view of the likelihood of serious hardship, the threat to the family which has lived here since 2003 and the fact that the father of the children is an EU national; if the case will therefore be urgently reviewed by the relevant section in her Department with the objective of facilitating the regularisation of the family status; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
