69 Mr. Crowe asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if, in view of the statement by the Radiological Protection Institute of Ireland that the only proper precaution for homes against the dangers of radon gas is to ensure that they are tested for radon after they have been occupied, he will introduce a Statewide programme under the auspices of the RPII to test the radon levels in all homes in the State.
