Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 432 of 21 March 2017 (details supplied) and in view of the fact that the European Commission is launching ECJ court action against the Government for breaches of this directive, his plans in addition to what is already contained in the Irish Water capital investment programme to bring these plants into line with the State’s legal and environmental obligations.
