Deputy Ivana Bacik asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration if he will consider extending permission to work to young adults (aged 16 and over) who are residing in Ireland on Stamp 3 permissions, as the child of a parent who is on a Stamp 4 (critical skills) permission, as these young adults cannot take up employment, either full-time or temporary, whilst on a Stamp 3; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
