Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation her views on a recent InterTradeIreland report (details supplied) which found that just 6% of traders were prepared for cashflow and liquidity issues in the event of a no-deal Brexit and only 6% have examined the possible legal implications on business contracts if the UK leaves the EU on 31 October 2019 without a deal; and the measures being deployed for cross-Border businesses to increase contingency planning for a hard Brexit by the 31 October 2019 deadline.
