77 Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Finance if he will set out on a monthly or quarterly basis, on a lender by lender basis those lenders that have informed the Revenue Commissioners when a person's mortgage arrears exceed an 18 month period and when based on the information the Revenue determined having regard to the particular circumstances whether interest relief should continue to be paid or ceased; the number of mortgage holders involved and the amount of mortgage interest relief that was discontinued by the Revenue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
