Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he has received the report he sought from the Garda authorities on 18 September 2012 with figures on the number of drivers involved in a fatal or serious road collision since January 2012 in which the drivers involved were not tested for their alcohol level either at the crash scene, in the Garda station or in the hospital and the reasons for not testing in all cases; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
