Mitchell asked the Minister for Education and Science if her attention has been drawn to the fact that a school (details supplied) in Dublin 16 which has 36 Traveller children on the roll, is a designated disadvantaged school, has classes containing 34 pupils, classes with five children with behavioural problems and operating split classes, is losing a teaching post due to the fact that the Traveller pupils are not counted as part of the overall school numbers; and if she will ensure that this disadvantaged school is not further disadvantaged by inflexible and inappropriate ratio rules.
