Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if the report he requested from the Courts Service by the end of November 2012 providing a breakdown on the district courts that are enforcing section 63 of the 2010 Road Traffic Act and those where the licence details of convicted drivers are not requested or forwarded to NLDF in order that penalty points can be applied, is now available; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
