78 Deputy Paul Connaughton asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills if her attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) in County Galway and their UK associates have developed a special education programme to try to reduce the level of obesity in schoolgoing children; if her further attention has been drawn to the fact that this particular model works very well in UK schools and that part of this programme can be taught with almost every class in the school and as such does not require any extra teachers; if she or the Health Service Executive are aware of this particular educational system to try control obesity; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
