Deputy Andrew Doyle asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources if the petroleum affairs division of his Department has received the offshore oil and gas exploration data from ExxonMobil from its drilling activities off the coast of Ireland, as required by the licence terms when it was initially granted; if such data will be made available to the public or any other exploration company either now or in the future; how available this data will be used or availed of in years to come; if the Eirik Raude rig will stay in place, if it will be moved and when; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
