Deputy Matt Shanahan asked the Minister for Transport to provide the names of other projects approved for capital support in excess of €1 million in the last ten years, where the private sector was contributing at a minimum 50% of the funding required; and in such cases if he will outline the exact timeframes by start and end date and the business plan review processes that were required to arrive at a formal Department decision; the number of those funding requests that were denied; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
