Deputy Pat Buckley asked the Minister for Health the current waiting times for each of the six long-Covid clinics; the funding that has been allocated annually to long-Covid services and research since 2021; the interim supports that exist for patients who are unable to access specialist clinics; the oversight mechanisms in place to ensure hospitals such as St. Vincent’s University Hospital and St. James’s Hospital are implementing the long-Covid Model of Care consistently; the national data being collected on the prevalence and severity of long-Covid; and when will this be publicly available.
