Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of requests made to the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority, SFPA, by other EU member states with regard to the application of penalty points to Irish sea-fishing boat licences in cases in which the licence holder was found to have carried out serious infringements of the Common Fisheries Policy in the territorial waters of other EU member states in each of the years 2011 to 2019 and to date in 2020, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
