Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration is he aware that a number of Ukrainian Junior Certificate students currently living in accommodation (details supplied) are being relocated to Kill, County Kildare on 29 April 2026 which is causing huge anxiety to the students in advance of their exams; if he will explore the possibility of an extension in their current accommodation to allow the students complete their Junior Cert without any stress, upset or upheaval; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
