Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will provide details on the work of the Interdepartmental Committee on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, namely the members of said committee; if a work programme has been developed by the committee; if the committee has made any findings with regard to what is needed for ratification of the convention; if any reports have been received by the committee and the details of said reports; the organisations or groups the committee has engaged with; if the committee has prepared any advice for the Minister and details of said advice; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
