PQ 807

807. Deputy Sean Sherlock asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine his views on the hindrance that the Covid-19 pandemic has caused to the promotion of native livestock breeds, some of which are classified as endangered horticulture and food produce, such as fruit and vegetables, due to the cancellation of agricultural shows; and if he will consider the facilitation of such events in 2021 on the basis that they are conducted in a way that are, as best as possible, in compliance with Covid-19 guidelines, even if that means a change in format such as hosting events over a period of several days.
