156 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, given the Environmental Protection Agency’s finding in its IPC licence audit report for a company’s (details supplied) limited operation at Aughinish Island, dated 18 August 2003, that in 2002 this company was unable to account for 76,000 tonnes of caustic soda and given the previous findings of her Department and other State agencies, that there was no evidence of environmental pollution causing ill effects in livestock, she will consider reviewing said findings; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
