Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 207, 208 and 209 of 12 March 2014, relating to assessments of need, service statements and complaints under the Disability Act 2005 if he will provide a breakdown of the number of applications for assessments of need; the number of assessments completed and reports issued; the number of service statements issued and the number of complaints received and, of those, the number upheld in the different regions of the Cork area of the Health Service Executive south; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
