85 Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will clarify the way FÁS make decisions regarding ring fenced community childcare community employment places; if a community childcare service has historically received ring fenced childcare places through their local CE scheme for the past eight years and approved by FÁS are these places specifically for this community not for profit group still ring fenced in 2012/2013; where two or more community services operate within a CE scheme area and both have ring fenced places, that is the numbers in 2011/2012 that each childcare service had.
