Broughan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation if appointments to the board of the European Consumer Centre, Dublin, made since November 2014 have been made in line with Government guidelines on appointments to State boards, including public advertisement of vacancies on stateboards.ie; if appointments to the board of the ECC Dublin are made in line with section 4.5 of the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies on terms of appointment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
