Deputy Paul Lawless asked the Minister for Transport if he is satisfied that the employment status of all persons delivering periodic driver CPC training, as required by EU legislation, is in accordance with Irish employment laws, as regards the definition of self-employed when they are restricted by training organisations who are regulated by the road safety authority in terms of only being allowed work for one individual training organisation.
