105 Deputy Pádraig Mac Lochlainn asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade, further to Parliamentary Question No. 515 of 11 January 2012 regarding the ownership of the sea-floor of Lough Foyle, if the State Property Act 1954 does not factually grant internationally recognised jurisdiction over the sea-floor of Lough Foyle to the State; if he will now confirm that internal sale of such property or parts of such property, from one State agency to another, cannot take place without the consent of the proprietary owners.
