Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if funding will be made available in late 2019 to SEAI to conduct energy efficiency works on homes of persons in receipt of eligible social welfare payments whose homes previously had limited works carried out under the remit of the free upgrade scheme; his views on whether a home that may have received nominal works in the past, such as attic insulation, would benefit greatly from full energy efficient works; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
