81 Mr. Howlin asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the position in relation to the application of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford for a one year multiple entry visa to enable their mother, a Ukraine national, to visit the family in Wexford without the necessity of applying for a new visa on each occasion; if he will consider this application favourably in view of the undertaking given by this applicant’s family members that visa terms will be fully respected and that their needs in this country will be provided for by the family; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
