Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will review the refusal of back to education allowance in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who was refused on the basis of not being in receipt of jobseeker's allowance when they were out of work for two years but who would have been in receipt of jobseeker's allowance were it not for the fact that they suffered a health setback and received disability allowance instead; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
