Broughan asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the status of the Warmer Homes Scheme administered by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland which provides for the installation of lagging jackets, energy bulbs and wall insulation for homes; if the only option available for wall insulation is the cavity block pumping option; if this will be extended to include other options such as external and internal insulation which are less invasive; if not, the reason; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
