Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 192 of 6 March 2014, if his attention has been drawn to the fact that greyhound owners who are against hare coursing, still have to register their greyhound for greyhound track racing with the Irish Coursing Club despite objecting to hare coursing on ethical grounds; if he understands the dilemma this places on persons who have to pay money to the ICC regardless of their position on hare coursing; if he will consider transferring greyhound registration from the ICC to Bord na gCon - the Greyhound Board; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
