Deputy Eoghan Murphy asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade further to Parliamentary Question No. 132 of 11 February 2014, if he will provide details of the election missions in which the OSCE specified that a second relevant local language, other than Russian, would be desirable for missions in 2013 and 2014 and the language in question for each mission; if marks were awarded to applicants claiming to have such languages as part of the assessment process; if he will detail the way language abilities claimed by applicants were tested as part of the selection process; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
