972 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo can now appeal the inclusion of their lands as a special area of conservation in view of the fact that they were not made aware of the designation until recently when they noticed the markers on their lands and the closing date for appeals had passed; and if a conservation ranger will call to the person to initiate an internal review.
