Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of complaints received by the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission in the years 2010, 2011, 2012 and to date in 2013 from family members of persons who were killed or seriously injured in road traffic collisions where the complaint related to the conduct of the Garda or staff member; and the number of gardaí who have been disciplined as a result of these complaints.
