Deputy Ciara Conway asked the Minister for Finance if his attention has been drawn to an issue in respect of bulk purchase of diesel that is of concern to transport operators; if he will consider correspondence, details supplied, and in view of the circumstances outlined if it is possible to amend the rules and offer an alternative whereby members of the transport organisation provide invoices to the Revenue Commissioners on a quarterly basis and as the 2,000 litre minimum is achieved.
