Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Social Protection if she will review a claim for disability allowance by a person in County Cork (details supplied); and if, in particular, she will review the financial assessment against the applicant in light of the circumstances and the medical evidence which would suggest from the applicant's consultant that the condition is serious and leaving the applicant unlikely to work for the foreseeable future.
