Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment the number of cases involving the Design and Crafts Council of Ireland currently before the Workplace Relations Commission, or which have gone before the WRC over the past five years; and the legal costs incurred by the DCCI as a result of WRC cases in that period; and his Department's role in providing funding which covers such costs.
