O’Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if the ongoing delay in having payment issued to a person (details supplied) in County Cork under the EU single payment scheme will be investigated; if her attention has been drawn to the fact that her Department was notified on a number of occasions that the land owner’s spouse was deceased since 1992 and that this person has farmed the land in question since 1992 and earned the entitlements under this scheme for the reference years, 2000 to 2002, inclusive, in their own right; and if her attention has further been drawn to the fact that this spouse has received all premia payments.
