132 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the detailed report from the Garda Síochána into the Garda investigation of the murder of two women in Grangegorman, Dublin 7, in March 1997 which led to the wrongful charging of Dean Lyons; when he will be in a position to make a decision on the further investigation which may be required; if he will consider using the range of powers available to him under the Commissions of Investigation Act 2004; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
