Deputy Seán Conlan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if he will seek a commitment from the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Ms Theresa Villiers, that an independent inquiry will be carried out by the British authorities into collusion that took place between Unionist paramilitaries and the British armed forces and which resulted in the murder of Irish citizens; if he will call on the British authorities to hand over the relevant documentation, which has been sought for over 40 years by family members of those who were murdered; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
