Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if it is the current position that for farmers who are exporting slurry there is a requirement that both farms must employ an agricultural planner/advisor to facilitate the process; the number of farmers who have been penalised because of a failure to comply with this condition; if a degree of latitude can be applied to farmers who cannot afford to employ an agricultural planner/advisor; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
