Deputy Martin Ferris asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the reasons the Office of Public Works is refusing Kerry County Council permission to locate a recycling bring bank on the site of a Garda station (details supplied) in County Kerry which is jointly owned by the OPW and the Garda, in view of the fact that the Garda has no objections; and if he is facilitating the granting of permission, as this site is the only suitable location for such a facility according to Kerry County Council.
